Refund policy

At Retro Vibe Jersey, most products are made to order.
Because of this, all orders are final sale except in the cases listed below.

1) Returns, Replacements, and Refunds We Accept

We accept a return, replacement, or refund only if:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong product/design), or
  • You received the wrong size sent by us, or
  • The item arrived damaged or has a major defect.

If approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item at no extra cost, or
  • A refund to your original payment method.

2) Cases We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer at checkout
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Custom name/number jerseys
  • Worn, washed, altered, or used items
  • Clearance or final-sale items (when marked)

Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.

3) Return Request Window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request support.

Requests made after 7 days may be declined.

4) How to Request a Return

Email support@retrovibejersey.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (and packaging if relevant)

We respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Do not send items back without approval.
Unapproved returns may be refused.

5) Return Shipping Cost

For approved claims (wrong item, wrong size sent by us, damaged/defective item):

  • We cover return shipping (or may not require return in some cases).
  • No restocking fee applies.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

6) Refund Processing Time

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection/approval.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

7) Replacements

For approved claims, we usually send a replacement first.
If replacement stock is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A similar item,
  • Store credit, or
  • A full/partial refund (as appropriate).

8) Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered,” Retro Vibe Jersey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We will help you file a carrier claim where possible.
